Apply a layer of photosensitive transparent dry film with a thickness of 5mm on the surface of electroplated conductive foil. The photosensitive transparent dry film is made of resin, and the parameters for applying the photosensitive transparent dry film are: temperature of 100 ℃, speed of 1.0m/min, and pressure of 6kg. Using negative film graphics, the photosensitive transparent dry film is irradiated with ultraviolet light to undergo polymerization reaction. The transparent part of the negative film is transferred to the photosensitive transparent dry film through the exposure of ultraviolet light by the exposure machine. Use Na2C03 solution with a concentration of 1.0% (w/v) to remove the photosensitive transparent dry film that has not undergone polymerization reaction, completing the graphic transfer. When applying PET with 0CA adhesive onto the pattern of photosensitive transparent dry film, avoid generating bubbles.
